The drawing consists of black ink on linen and shows a front elevation view and architectural details for a proposed 3-story apartment building that was located on Charlotte Avenue between Cass and Second Avenues in Detroit. The name, "Wilburne," is shown over the building entrance doorway. This drawing, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, was part of a set of eleven sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect, Detroit, Michigan." Some blue, green and yellow pencil shading has been added on the verso to highlight various architectural details. A red ink stamp on the lower right edge shows "Plans Examined and Approved, Mar. 2, 1916, Department of Buildings, City of Detroit, by H. C. Slater."

The drawings (Job 266) consist of green, blue, and black ink on linen and show front and rear elevation views as well as floor plans of a proposed 2-story flat for four families. The drawings, shown at a scale of 1/4 inch = 1 foot, were part of a set of nine sheets that were prepared by "J. Lawson Miller, Architect." A red ink stamp in the lower left corner of the first sheet indicates that the plan was approved by the "Department of Buildings, City of Detroit" on April 15, 1916. The building was located on High Street near Brooklyn Avenue in Detroit.
